I am so excited to be taking part in Stonebridge’s Ladies Night Out this Tuesday September 28th!  The event is taking place at the Stonebridge Golf Course Club House from 7 – 9:30pm and features some of the many talented women working and running their own businesses in the community.

Come out and say hi! The event is FREE and there are AMAZING door prizes donated by every single vendor!  Spread the word and I hope to see you there!

After a client books their custom photo session with me, I can almost guarantee the next question will be “What should we wear??”

We often discuss the look they are going for, location influences, the style and colour palette of their home and where/how their portraits are going to be displayed.  Are they going on the wall of your home, are they going in an album or coffee table book or will they grace the front of your family’s Christmas card? I think these are important considerations to make the most of your session AND be thrilled with the final result!

With a slew of family sessions coming up and my fall mini session event, I thought I would take the time to put together a wardrobe guide to help everyone with the decision making process.  All outfits are from The Gap & Old Navy.  Happy Shopping and I can’t wait to meet you and your family!

Everytime I photograph a newborn, I am reminded all over again just how little they are.  You really do forget.  And when they say they grow so fast (whoever ‘they’ are) believe them!

I met this little guy last week and his little baby smallness had my heart all a flutter!  But check out his hair!  A head full of it!  Gorgeous!

What an incredible summer!  Could we have asked for better weather??  It seems as if those hot and sunny days have suddenly slipped into cool and overcast mornings – just in time for back to school.

While it isn’t time for winter coats, boots, hats and mittens just yet (ugh, I dread the day) it might be time to consider some new fall accessories for your kids!  Send them to the bus stop in a colourful and stylish hat from Loopy 4 Ewe and keep their little ears warm!  These gorgeous hats are made from cotton and custom made, so pick the colours your child loves!
