I got to spend a wonderful Saturday afternoon with brand new baby B and his amazing parents.  At just 5 days old, I thought we’d be in for an easy session.  Usually at day 5, baby is able to fill his tummy and fall into a deep and peaceful sleep, but baby B had other plans!  He just wanted to snuggle down with mommy, which is totally understandable – she is his world!  Nevertheless we captured some beautiful images, which I know mommy and daddy have been waiting for very patiently.

Thank you A&J for inviting me into your home; I felt welcomed immediately.  You are 2 of the most relaxed first time parents I have ever met and I know B is lucky to have you as his Mommy & Daddy.

I tried something a little different with this one. I just couldn’t get past the classic feeling of it.  It screamed out for a timeless edit and I think it worked nicely!  Can’t you feel love?
